Ghanaian Actor John Dumelo has finally declared that it is better for him to give his tithe to the needy than giving it to the church.
The issue of tithe given has been a massive debate on various social media platforms with people having a diverse form of ideas on it. A segment of social media residents believes that there is no need in paying tithe to the Church since it enriches Pastors living whiles Church members endure poverty.
Well, John Dumelo presenting his stands on the case revealed that he prefers giving his tithe to the needy on the streets so they could also have a better life than giving it to the church which does not need it.
The vigorous actor on his Twitter page wrote: “I give my tithe to the needy most of the time. I think they need it more than the ‘church’. I don’t know if it’s wrong”.
