Akwaboah Charges Between GH¢70,000 To GH¢100,000 Per Song He Writes For American Alicia Keys & Other Artistes

Ghanaian writer, musician and composer Gladstorm Kwabena Akwaboah, famously known as Akwaboah, is reported to have written a song for American popular musician, Alicia Keys.

Per the information at hand, Akwaboah charges between GHc70,000 to GHc100,000 for every song he writes. Well, in an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, he was asked if he had sold any of his songs to Alicia Keys who’s known for the ‘Girl On Fire’ popular song.
Although the SarkCess Music signed act, Akwaboah felt reluctant to answer until one Nana Poku Ashis who doubles as entertainment critic on Hitz FM entertainment show entered the studio to confirm that Akwaboah had indeed written a song for Alicia Keys.
“I say it as it is and I would not lie. He has written a song for Alicia Keys. I will say the truth…” he claimed.
When pushed to confirm the rumour, Akwaboah stated that he had set a ‘trap’, and Ghana would soon know the moment it catches a prey.
On records, he wrote about 98% of Sarkodie’s fourth studio album dubbed, ‘Mary‘. Aside, he’s the brain behind some of Becca as well as Efya’s hit songs. Akwaboah is currently promoting his debut album under SarkCess Music christened ‘Matters of The Heart’.
